NOTE: We are currently using policies to lessen the amount of SPAM going to our customers.
Each email is scanned by our server to determine whether or not the message is SPAM,
if the server determines that a message contains SPAM it will insert what is known as an X-Header ("X-IMAIL-SPAM") and will move the message to a different folder in your mailbox named "SPAM".

The SPAM folder for your personal mailbox can be accessed through the internet by clicking the button in the upper left corner of the CWWIS.com homepage.

Clicking the button will take you to the IMail login screen:
USERNAME = Your Full E-mail Address (i.e. iola2000@triver.com)
Password = Your Password

After you have entered your Username and Password press the Login button

Doing so will bring up the main menu:

NOTICE THE SPAM FOLDER

You can then view, delete, or reply to the mail in your SPAM folder.

NOTE: The only way to see the SPAM folder is to log into your mailbox from the web-based interface because Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express do not currently support X-Headers.

If you are missing email please check your SPAM folder before calling Technical Support.

How do I stop the system from sending my messages to the SPAM folder?
