Linksys Routers - Constantly need to reset
There are documented issues with Linksys routers requiring to be constantly reset, regardless of who the Internet Service Provider is. The only recommendation from Linksys is to update the firmware on the router, then do a hard reset (after updating the firmware, unplug the power for 30 seconds, then plug back in). Before updating your firmware, you must first determine what version of router you have.

IMail Upgrade
The error was being created by a sequence of events that was very rare, but could happen now and then on busy servers. Without getting too complicated here, the problem involved deleting or moving multiple messages, then following that action with another delete or move of multiple messages with at least one, but not all, of the second group being a message from the first group. This should never happen, but some users click faster than the browser can respond, so it is possible.
This problem should be fixed in the 9.23 release.

We've recently updated to the latest version of IMail Server 2006 (version 9.23). This update should fix the error some users have encountered using the web-based email service.
A major revision update to IMail server, version 10, is being developed and will be available soon. A major feature of this new version is a 'Lite' web-based email service which is ideal for dialup customers.
We will update this page with more information as it becomes available.
